Police say relationship issues may be the motive behind the stabbing death of a 17-year-old boy at a Winnipeg school. The attack happened during the lunch hour Tuesday at Kelvin High School. Constable Jason Michalyshen (mih-kuh-LIH'-shehn) says the incident involved three boys, who all knew each other. (The victim has been identified as Brett Bourne, a former student. Police have arrested a 17-year-old student and homicide charges are expected to be laid later today.)
