The Ontario government has launched an action plan to boost accessibility for people with disabilities. The plan lays out projects to bring the province closer to complying with the Access for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, which is supposed to be fully in effect in 2025. (The plan includes a 9 million dollar program to boost employment for people with disabilities, a certification program for inclusive businesses and a private partnership to boost the number of accessibility audits conducted in a year.)
