A 17-year-old boy has been charged with second-degree murder in a fatal stabbing outside a Winnipeg high school. The boy, who cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, is accused of killing Brett Bourne, a 17-year-old former student, over the lunch hour Tuesday with a knife. Constable Jason Michalyshen (mick-ah-LISH'-in) with the Winnipeg Police Service, says it's not yet clear whether the accused had brought the knife inside the school. (Police have said the dispute may have stemmed from "relationship issues", possibly involving a girl, but have not gone into detail.)
