The Crown says it will oppose bail in the hit-and-run death of a Calgary gas station worker. Joshua Cody Mitchell has been given another couple of weeks to get a lawyer and is charged with criminal negligence causing death, hit and run causing death, dangerous driving causing death and possession of stolen property. Crown prosecutor Lloyd Robertson says more charges could be laid. (Maryam Rashidi died of injuries she received while trying to stop a driver from leaving the gas station without paying.)
