A friend and former police colleague says a slain Edmonton police officer wanted to make a better life for his family. Dave Ainsworth told thousands at Constable Daniel Woodall's funeral about the decision to move to Edmonton. (Woodall, who was 35, died on June 8th when he tried to serve an arrest warrant to a man suspected of the anti-Semitic bullying of an Edmonton family. He leaves his wife and two young sons.)
