A topless activist is outraged that an eight-year-old girl was told to cover her bare chest at a pool in Guelph, Ontario, last weekend. Linda Meyer changed the law in British Columbia when she won in court after being charged for going topless in city-run swimming pool 15 years ago. She says now that she's changed the law, she's working on changing moral attitudes about women baring their breasts. (Meyer says it's still a tough slog to convince everyone that women should have the same rights as men when going topless.)
