The Atlantic provinces have signed an agreement aimed at making it easier for apprentices to have their training recognized across the region. Newfoundland and Labrador Deputy Premier Steve Kent says the plan will help his province retain skilled workers. (Provincial leaders say the agreement is the first of its kind in Canada.)
