The Atlantic provinces have signed an agreement aimed at making it easier for apprentices to have their training recognized across the region. The plan announced in Charlottetown yesterday means work experience and training hours completed in one Atlantic province will be recognized in the entire region. PEI Premier Wade MacLauchlan says the plan eliminates barriers for apprentices. (MacLauchlan hosted the Council of Atlantic Premiers in Charlottetown yesterday.)
