B-C Premier Christy Clark says they'll go around the world to find the resources to fight the fires burning in the province if necessary. The premier toured an area of the Elaho fire not far from Pemberton this afternoon. Clark says fighting these types of fires takes great strategy. (About 190 fires are burning in the province. Forty properties remain under evacuation, and residents of about 500 homes were on evacuation alert.)
