Emergency officials are warning fire evacuees from northern Saskatchewan not to go home until it's safe. Duane McKay is with the province's emergency management department. He says the fire situation has normalized to some degree, and some people are attempting to drive to the region to check on their properties. He says they need to wait until they get the all-clear. (Flames and thick smoke have forced about 13-thousand people out of their homes in at least 50 communities over the last two weeks. About 15-hundred firefighters are in the region, including military.)
