New Progressive Conservative Leader Patrick Brown will run for a seat in the Ontario legislature in the safe Tory stronghold of Simcoe North. Brown praised veteran Tory MPP Garfield Dunlop for giving up his seat in the riding just north of Barrie, the city he had represented as a Member of Parliament until June.
