Ontario finance Minister Charles Sousa says it's insulting for Prime Minister Stephen Harper to refuse to co-operate on the creation of a provincial pension plan. Sousa calls it a "cynical partisan stunt" from the Conservatives on the eve of a federal election, and says Harper himself has a very generous pension plan. (Finance Minister Joe Oliver told Sousa Ottawa would not help in any way to implement a provincial pension, calling it a job-killing payroll tax.)
