Bloc Quebecois Leader Gilles Duceppe says he will serve his full term if he's elected this fall, no matter how his party fares at the ballot box. But Duceppe refused to predict how many seats his party can win, saying only he wants "the most and the best." Duceppe also says the other leaders should not be discussing the rules surrounding sovereignty without the presence of Quebecers at the table. (Duceppe was not at Thursday's leaders debate, where the issue was discussed. He spoke after meeting party organizers in Montreal this morning.)
