The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada says the justice system is failing those Canadians who don't have the means to hire a lawyer. Beverley McLachlin told members of the Canadian Bar Association that more has to be done to deal with the financial crisis. (Alberta Justice Minister Kathleen Ganley says she plans to see a review of the province's legal aid system, which she says is barely doing the job for those on low incomes and failing those who don't qualify.)
