NDP leader Tom Mulcair is weighing in on the Mike Duffy affair as he campaigns in Montreal today, and he says he wants to punish at the top level in the expense repayment scandal. Yesterday Liberal leader Justin Trudeau called for any staffers who know about the plan to repay Duffy's expenses to be fired. Mucair says he wants someone fired too. (Mulcair says Canadians will get the chance to fire Stephen Harper on October 19th.)
