An Edmonton man says he plans to fight a traffic ticket he was given for sticking a crude political message in the rear window of his car. Rob Wells posted the hand-made sign a week ago to voice his contempt for Stephen Harper's Conservative government in the upcoming federal election. He was pulled over by police south of Edmonton on Sunday. RCMP Sergeant Josee Valiquette says officers had received two complaints about erratic driving. (The charge prevents distracting other drivers and carries a 543-dollar fine. Wells says he also plans to file a complainant against the RCMP.)
