Crews are searching the waters of a Nova Scotia river after a 12-year-old boy disappeared while swimming. RCMP say the boy went under the surface of the LaHave River as he was swimming with three friends at about 12:45 yesterday afternoon. Corporal Angela Corscadden says officers did foot patrols of the shoreline last night, but found nothing. (She says police now consider the search a recovery operation. The underwater recovery team was at the site, along with ground search and rescue crews with side-scan sonar.)
