Five years after he was detained at Toronto's G-20 summit, Shervin Akhavi is happy that the most senior officer in the incident has been convicted. Akhavi says he was peacefully protesting at Queen and Spadina when he was kettled by police and held for several hours in the rain. (Superintendent David Fenton was found guilty today of two of three counts of unnecessary exercise of authority and one of two counts of discreditable conduct.)
