He was commenting on a report from the public interest commissioner that found three managers in two different departments ensured eight individuals were top candidates for contracts. Bilous won't say if the managers are going to be fired - just that they are being disciplined. He says the government will implement a procurement accountability framework across all government departments. (Bilous would not say if the government will ask for a police investigation.)
