Alberta's finance minister says the province is on track to record a nearly six-billion-dollar deficit this year, as the oil crunch hits families and businesses. Joe Ceci (SEE'-see) has released figures for the first three months of the fiscal year that began April 1st. He says the province is dealing with it. (Other numbers reveal a shrinking provincial economy, with oil and gas investment expected to fall more than 30 per cent. There are also sharp declines in retail sales, particularly for new cars and trucks.)
