Alberta's finance minister says the province is on track to record a nearly six-billion-dollar deficit this year, as the oil crunch hits families and businesses. Joe Ceci (SEE'-see) has released figures for the first three months of the fiscal year that began April 1st. He says the province is dealing with it.
