New numbers released by the province show Alberta is on track for a record deficit of almost six-billion dollars this year. Wildrose critic Derek Fildebrandt says it's more like nine-billion-dollars when you add in borrowing and a withdrawal from the rainy-day contingency fund. (Finance Minister Joe Ceci (SEE'-see) says the financial plan will be laid out in full when the budget is brought in after the house resumes sitting in October.)
