A judge in Denver has granted Franklin's request for a court order preventing The Telluride (TEL'-yoo-ride) Film Festival from showing a documentary about a 1972 concert by the Queen of Soul without her permission. Plans call for the documentary, called "Amazing Grace," to be shown at the Toronto International Film Festival, which starts next Thursday.
