Premier Kathleen Wynne is rejecting Opposition claims that the Ontario government did not consult enough parents on changes to Ontario's sex education curriculum. Wynne says parent leaders at four-thousand schools were invited to participate in consultations on the new curriculum, but more than half choose not to. (Wynne says parents who object to parts of the sex ed curriculum can withdraw their children from class when the topics are being discussed, but she doesn't want to see anyone pull their kids out of the public system in protest.)
