Health Canada has warned 13 medical marijuana dispensaries that they may soon face police raids if they don't stop advertising and selling the drug. Vancouver Mayor Gregor Robertson says he's surprised by the agency's move. (Vancouver recently became the first city in Canada to regulate illegal marijuana dispensaries and currently has about 80 such operations.)
