A Syrian refugee living in B-C says his family desperately wants to visit him, but Canadian authorities rejected their tourist visa, citing concerns they would stay in the country. Majd Agha (MAHJD' AG'-ga) says his parents and sister still live in Damascus, and he fears for their safety. (The Conservatives announced yesterday they would cut red tape to help 10-thousand refugees resettle in Canada by September 2016, but Agha says that won't help his family who just want to visit.)
