Manitoba's First Nations children's advocate has set up teepees on the lawn of the legislature for a fast to draw attention to the province's "broken" child welfare system. Cora Morgan is going without food or water, along with five other women. Morgan says they want to draw attention to the problems within Child and Family Services and seek spiritual guidance. (Manitoba has more than 10-thousand children in care and the vast majority are aboriginal.)
