Marijuana dispensary owners who expect to be rejected under Vancouver's new regulations say they still have the option of appealing to the variance board. Don Briere (BREE'-yere) of Weeds Glass and Gifts says he'll only consider legal action if the rules appear to have been applied unfairly. (The city received 176 applications from pot dispensaries for business licences and Councillor Kerry Jang (JANG) expects that just 15 to 20 will be approved.)
