Pot shop owners in Vancouver whose stores will likely be forced to close under new bylaws say they still plan to put up a fight. Don Briere (BREE'-yere) owns the city's largest dispensary chain Weeds Glass and Gifts and says he'll file a lawsuit if he finds that any stores were given special treatment. (Councillor Kerry Jang estimates 15 to 20 dispensaries of the 176 that applied for business licences will be approved.)
