The man accused in the murder of a two-year-old and her father in southwestern Alberta earlier this month has been ordered to undergo a 30-day psychiatric assessment. (Terry Blanchette was found dead in his Blairmore, Alberta, home more than two weeks ago. The body of his daughter, Hailey Dunbar-Blanchette, was found in a rural area the next day.)
