DiNovo says it's time to get rid of the red tape and give queer and transgendered parents the recognition they deserve without forcing them to go to court. (Private member's bills rarely become law, but Premier Kathleen Wynne says the Liberal government will "certainly" consider DiNovo's legislation.)
