Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau made a direct appeal to Conservative voters in a speech in Nepean, Ontario this morning. Trudeau says small "c" conservatives are telling him they no longer see their values reflected by Stephen Harper's Conservative party. He says Harper is desperate to frighten voters about the Liberal party's vision that will put more money in the pockets of nine out of 10 families. (Some polls are suggesting the Liberals have overtaken the Conservatives with one week left in the campaign.)
