Preview Clip

At least four people were attacked with a hammer in separate incidents in Quebec on Tuesday evening -- including one fatality that led to a murder charge. A 19-year-old man was killed and two others, a 41-year-old woman and a 61-year-old man, were injured following a string of random hammer attacks in Laval, just north of Montreal. Laval police say a 34-year-old man was tasered and arrested after he broke into an appliance store. Police spokesman Franco Di Genova says some I-D that was found on the suspect belonged to the teenage victim. (The suspect faces several charges, including murder, attempted murder and mischief. In Trois-Rivieres, a teenage girl was seriously injured after also being attacked with a hammer in a separate incident.)
