It was a night to remember for St. Louis rookie defenceman Colton Parayko, who scored his first two NHL goals to lead the Blues past the Calgary Flames 4-3 at Scotiabank Saddledome. He broke a 2-2 tie in the second period on a long wrist shot that eluded Flames goaltender Jonas (YOH'-nus) Hiller. St. Louis coach Ken Hitchcock says his team got into trouble early trying to match Calgary's freewheeling style and had success slowing things down.
