British Columbia Premier Christy Clark's name has been floated, but she has closed the door on leading the Conservative Party of Canada. Former prime minister Stephen Harper announced his resignation following his defeat at the polls by Justin Trudeau's Liberals. But Clark gave a resounding "No" when asked if she would seek the post.
