Most of Saskatchewan has gone Tory blue. The New Democrats managed to win at least one seat. Sheri Benson, a CEO with the United Way, claimed the seat in Saskatoon West. The Liberals also retained the seat in Regina that has been held by Ralph Goodale for more than two decades. Charles Smith is a political scientist at the University of Saskatchewan. He says it's not surprising that Goodale is heading back to Ottawa. (Smith says it's a little surprising how well the Tories did in Saskatoon and Regina.
