The aunt of the Syrian toddler whose lifeless body was photographed on a Mediterranean beach says she hopes prime minister-designate Justin Trudeau will help bring the boy's grieving father to Canada. Tima Kurdi says her brother Abdullah is still in the Middle East after his wife and two young sons drowned while the family fled to Europe. (Kurdi says government officials invited her to make another refugee application for her other brother, Mohammed, and his family after their application was rejected as incomplete. She says the government has made changes to its refugee policy and no longer requires a hard-to-obtain United Nations document to qualify for admission into Canada.)
