The company that operated the ferry between Nova Scotia and Maine when it was cut in 2009 is poised for another shot at establishing the service. Transportation Minister Geoff MacLellan says the government is in talks with Bay Ferries to take over the service in 2016. (D'Entremont says he also wants details on things such as the type of ship and the amount of Nova Scotia vendor and employment content.)
