Ficial accountability officer Stephen LeClair says there's a significant risk Ontario's Liberal government will not be able to eliminate the deficit within two years as promised. LeClair also says he can't tell if selling Hydro One will help the Liberals balance the books on time because the government won't say how it's done the calculations. (LeClair predicts slower economic growth will lead to a drop in revenues and leave Ontario with a deficit of 3.5-billion-dollars in 2017-18.)
