With U.S. President Barack Obama rejecting the Keystone XL pipeline, the tiny town that was to be its starting point is taking stock of the move. Residents of Hardisty, Alberta, weren't pleased with the news - but they weren't surprised by it either. Dave Stuart was born in the town and works maintaining equipment there. He says the Keystone XL rejection was unwelcome news. (Hardisty is 200 kilometres southest of Edmonton.)
