The man who spearheaded an investigation into Russian track says the country seems to have been running a "state-supported" doping program. Canadian lawyer Dick Pound led a three-person panel charged with probing media allegations of widespread doping and deception in Russia. Pound says he hopes Russia will learn from the report's findings. (The panel recommends a lifetime ban for certain Russian athletes, and for the country's track team to be banned from competition until it cleans up its act.)
