The lawyer for families of Paul Bernardo's victims is calling for online sales giant Amazon to to yank a fictional e-book by the notorious killer. Tim Danson says he was dismayed to learn the book was for sale on the website. (Danson says he wants to be sure Bernardo, who videotaped his rape and murders of two teens in the early 1990s, isn't profiting from his crimes.)
