Nova Scotia's immigration minister says she doesn't know yet how many of the 25-thousand Syrian refugees Canada has pledged to take in will be sent to her province. Lena Metlege Diab spoke today with her federal counterpart John McCallum and says she expects more information, including refugee numbers, will be discussed in a conference call with immigration ministers sometime next week. She says talks are ongoing with immigration support groups on a range of issues. (Diab says it's not known whether there will be a single entrance point, but that all options are being considered including the use of military bases.)
