The federal environment minister says she's counting on Alberta to come up with a realistic climate change plan. That's although Catherine McKenna still hasn't seen any of the details just days before the start of an international meeting on the issue. (McKenna says the hard work on how Canada will reduce its greenhouse gas emissions won't start until after the Paris meeting, which begins at the end of November. She says she'll sit down with her provincial counterparts within 90 days of the conference.)
