McNeil says the release of the information on Monday by Kirby McVicar was unacceptable. (McVicar's resignation came after he told reporters that Younger was diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder and that he also had a brain tumour. Younger responded yesterday by filing a privacy complainant against McVicar.)
