Conrad Sauve, the chief executive officer for the Canadian Red Cross, says details are sparse right now on just how the resettlement process will unfold. (Officials with both the U-N's refugee agency and the Red Cross say they were caught somewhat off guard by the news that the original year-end deadline for the program has been tossed aside, along with a plan to process cases both in Canada and in the host countries.)
