Mickell (michael) Bailey, who is 19, has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder and one count of second-degree murder in last week's deaths. Inspector Gibson Glavin says more charges are pending in the case. (The victims have been identified as Daniel Miller, Roxanne Berube, and her 16-year-old daughter, Jazmine Lyon. Bailey, who was treated in hospital for a gunshot wound, is to appear in Edson provincial court on December 15th.)
