Esquimalt Mayor Barb Desjardins says the Victoria and Esquimalt Police Board is set to meet next week to discuss its investigation into Frank Elsner. (Elsner has now taken voluntary, paid leave from his chief's duties pending the outcome of the two investigations by the RCMP and two retired judges.)
