A Manitoba man has been charged with impaired driving after a vehicle was found with a traffic light standard on its hood and windshield near Winnipeg. Manitoba RCMP spokesman Robert Cyrenne says police got a report on Saturday morning that there was a minivan on the side of road with a traffic light pole on its hood and windshield. (Cyrenne says the man was on his way home. He says it's lucky that no one was injured.)
