The economy added 22-thousand-800 net jobs in December, thanks to a big gain in part-time work. But as Canadian Press reporter Dawn Kelly explains, at least one big-bank economist wasn't impressed. (StatsCan says full-time jobs actually fell in December by 64-hundred. The national unemployment rate remained unchanged, at 7.1 per cent.)
