Alberta politicians are back at work with a speech from the throne to open a new session of the legislature. Premier Rachel Notley promises details soon on who will pay what under the new carbon tax. Wildrose Leader Brian Jean (pronounced GENE) says it's further evidence that the NDP is doubling down on the wrong approach. (Notley's government has already hiked the corporate tax and personal taxes on higher-income Albertans. The carbon tax kicks in on January 1st, 2017 and will hike costs on everything from gas at the pump to home heating and electricity bills.)
